This series is suitable for high-precision, high-tension screen making, especially suitable for stretching of stainless steel mesh.

Characteristics:

1. The specially designed integral netting strip has more uniform tension and is suitable for high tension and high strength pulling nets;

2. The tension in the length/width direction can be adjusted separately;

3. The tensioning platform has the lifting function and can be easily pushed into the changing angle when it is lowered to the minimum;

4. The electric push rod control of the stretching process is uniform and stable;

5. Suitable for stretch operation of polyester, nylon, stainless steel and other wire meshes;

6. Stretching multiple large and small screens at the same time;

7. The stainless steel surface stretcher is easier to clean;

8. The cylinder automatically meshes the yarn, reducing the labor intensity and increasing the production capacity;

9. The design adopts a straight line strip type to ensure that the warp and weft threads of the mesh are not deformed at 90 degrees when the net is pulled at high tension;

10) The imported bead has good wear resistance and long service life, which reduces the risk factor of breaking the net;
